Eliza Rose Coaching have various types of products so the Refund and Returns policy varies.  

Merchandise are manufactured in other countries, through an external printing company, so their own terms are a consideration. Eliza Rose Coaching do their best to ensure each product is of the highest quality and acquires sample tests of most items before making them available for sale on our website.  Please ensure you check for sizes and that you are ordering the correct color for your taste, as simply changing your mind does not warrant a refund.

Events – We understand that things crop up.  Once you have made the decision to attend an event we encourage you to do all that you can to commit to that decision.  There is something inside you that doesn’t want anything in your life to change so it may cause a “legitimate” situation to crop up or make you feel unwell, to make you choose to not attend – Cold feet!  Second guessing yourself!  I’ll be alright!  These mean that you are going to get A LOT from the event and that it is in your best interest to do everything possible to get to it.

Downloadable Products – These products may be the most potent healing products available today.  As they are downloadable and are delivered straight to your soul, the process cannot be reversed, and this is why we do not give refunds.  The changes are already taking place, therefore it may take a few days for you to begin to notice any difference in your body or life.  Sometimes we forget how things were and may play down what has happened to us.  This is the reason Eliza Rose Coaching encourages you to keep a journal from the moment you download it, so you can follow the results.  We KNOW that it works!    If after 30 days you are convinced that nothing has changed then please contact us.  It may be that you have been included in a group or second hand download.  These don’t work and you need to contact the person you received it from.  You must be part of the original play of the MP3 piece.
