Eliza Rose Coaching may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. 1. Use of the Site and Products
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Eliza Rose Coaching be liable for:
i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if Eliza Rose Coaching or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or
(ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Eliza Rose Coaching liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Eliza Rose Coaching makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-Eliza Rose Coaching web site, please understand that it is independent from Eliza Rose Coaching, and that Eliza Rose Coaching has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to Eliza Rose Coaching web site does not mean that Eliza Rose Coaching endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.
We accept no liability, implied, or otherwise, should the use of our products or services cause downtime, loss of earnings or any other negative impacts. We will be more than happy to offer support and assistance where possible to resolve any issues you may have. However, it is you responsibility to ensure that you make the right choice for you. If you don’t feel comfortable with the choices you make then you may consider the Be Your Own Leader retreat, where you may gain confidence and learn how to be sure about making such decisions.

You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
Idea Submissions: You agree to grant to Eliza Rose Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit by e-mail or other to Eliza Rose Coaching by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. 4. Miscellaneous
While all products are tested to work for the writer or associates Eliza Rose Coaching does not guarantee that the same results will occur for each individual user. Eliza Rose Coaching has provided the information on this site with the best intentions for a greater outcome for the user however, Eliza Rose Coaching cannot guarantee that the user has followed all instructions as described and therefore will not be held responsible for the outcome.

6. Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we sell, refunds will not be issued to consumers based on satisfaction of the features. Eliza Rose Coaching have tried to provide enough documentation of the products. If you feel that you require more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
7. Privacy Policy
All details obtained during purchase or other activity on our site, are held with the strictest confidence. We will never sell or give your information to any external companies or sites. To create an effective website Eliza Rose Coaching must engage the software and services of third parties. These companies have their own cookies and conditions for use.
8. Affiliate Sales
Anyone found to be committing fraud will have their affiliate accounts suspended and all funds frozen.
Affiliate commission will be reversed for refunded sales and will be reported as a negative sale in the sales report.

Any purchases from this site are for individual use only except where stated. Eliza Rose Coaching will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that Eliza Rose Coaching considers insecure, Eliza Rose Coaching will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.

The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g. password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, Eliza Rose Coaching reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. Eliza Rose Coaching reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use.
10. Customer Support
Eliza Rose Coaching try to reply to all customer support queries within 24 hours of posting. Our main form of customer support is offered via the Contact Us form. Please note that we do not offer support via instant messaging due to time zone differences. So if you need instant messaging support then you will need to look for alternative solution.
11. Product Delivery
Eliza Rose Coaching digital products are delivered instantly via email to your inbox or via a temporary web link. On rare occasions an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. Eliza Rose Coaching reserve the right to deny access anyone attempting to spam with unrelated content. IP addresses may be recorded to detect copyrighted information that is being shared. Eliza Rose Coaching reserves the right to reject any purchases found to be infringing copyright laws &/or our Terms and Conditions.
